With an area of over 1000m², this holiday rental in the Bahamas at Harbour Island offers nine spacious suites spread across three levels. It also includes vast common areas, such as a lounge with elegant design and a fully equipped kitchen, making it an ideal place to relax and entertain in complete serenity.

THE GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor, you will find a 28m² gym, a sauna, a hammam, a massage room and a large shower, all designed to offer our clients total relaxation. For your entertainment moments, a 37m² cinema room is equipped with reclining sofas to watch films in the utmost comfort.

This level also includes four beautifully designed suites. In the southeast corner, Suite 6 features a king-size bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower. Next to the gym at the front of the house, Suite 7 also has a king-size bed, an adjoining bathroom, and sliding doors opening onto a welcoming patio.

At the northern end of the property, you will discover a spacious apartment with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, as well as suites 8 and 9. These two suites have queen-size beds. THE FIRST FLOOR
On entering the house, you will discover a vast open living area, with a high wooden ceiling and large bay windows offering magnificent views of the lush garden around the pool and the Atlantic Ocean. This central space combines several lounges into a single friendly room.

On the right side of the room are the modern kitchen and suite 2, which overlooks the ocean. On the left are three other suites: suite 3, which also faces the ocean, and suites 4 and 5, which are located at the front of the house and have private balconies.

THE SECOND FLOOR
The upper level is accessible from the ground floor via a magnificent floating staircase with a refined design. On this floor, you will find an office and a master suite, the largest in the house. This spacious suite is oriented to the east and has a private balcony offering a panoramic view of the ocean. The large freestanding bathtub and separate shower located in the adjacent bathroom also offer an unobstructed view of the ocean. The office is located next to the master suite.

EXTERIORS
The magnificent outdoor spaces of the house offer peace and tranquility, with an unobstructed view of the ocean. Our gardeners ensure every day to clean and prepare our beach section so that our clients can fully enjoy it.
