Description
Charming villa in Deshaies, located in a small residential complex of villas near a typical fishing village. Very peaceful and nestled in a green setting, this villa has been equipped and decorated to provide comfort and a sense of escape to its occupants. This house is ideal for resting and discovering all the beauties of Guadeloupe.
Accommodation capacity: up to 6 people
Overall surface area: 65 m²
Villa layout: the villa has 3 double bedrooms (two with 1 double bed of 160 cm and one with 2 single beds of 90 cm), 3 bathrooms (shower, sink), 3 toilets, equipped kitchenette, small lounge for the TV, terrace and private swimming pool.
Note: the 3rd bedroom (on the right facing the house) is only accessible from outside to the rest of the house.
Air conditioning: yes, in all 3 bedrooms.
Kitchen equipment: 2-ring hob, microwave oven / grill, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: television (local DTT channels), high-speed Internet Wi-Fi.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, travel cot, high chair, electric griddle.
Presence of a water tank/reserve: no.
Swimming pool: yes, swimming pool of 4m x 2.5m (maximum depth of 1.40m) with child safety alarm.
The hot tub visible in some photos is normally reserved exclusively for the owners' use, however it can be made available to tenants for an additional fee of €170 for any stay of 7 nights or less, €320 for any stay of 8 to 14 nights, €450 for any stay of 15 to 21 nights and €120 thereafter per additional week. We must be notified at least 5 days in advance to prepare the hot tub, payment to be made with the balance of the service.
Terrace: large terrace with covered section, ideal for dining and relaxation.
Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is provided.
Associated services: upon your arrival you will be welcomed with fresh drinks and items for your first breakfast.
To know:
- The hot tub visible in some photos is not functional and is not included in the rental.
- Deposit to be paid upon receipt of the booking contract and balance no later than 30 days before the stay (ANCV cheques accepted except in case of booking via Airbnb).
- Please contact us for cancellation conditions, possibility of taking out cancellation insurance.
- A security deposit of 1000 euros (uncashed cheque) is required upon entry to the premises and returned at the end of the stay following inventory.
- A cleaning package of 100 euros (debited by cheque or cash) must be provided upon entry to the premises.
- Tourist tax (by cheque or cash) to be paid on site of €1 / night / adult, except in case of booking via Airbnb (tourist tax added to payment on the website).
- It will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening…) or to invite, day or night, a significant number of people outside the contract.
