Quiet and close to all amenities, this villa is ideal for a change of scenery and discovering the most beautiful tourist attractions on the island...

Villa layout: the villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 bedrooms with queen-size beds at 180cm, 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds at 90cm), 2 bathrooms (including 1 with bathtub), lounge, dining room, equipped kitchen, terrace, parking space, garden and private swimming pool.
Air conditioning: yes, in every room.
Kitchen equipment: cooker with 4 hobs, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, American-style refrigerator with ice maker, electric filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete dinner service.
Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television (local DTT), Wi-Fi Internet.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, safe, travel cot and high chair, mosquito nets, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, fans, barbecue.
Presence of a tank/water reserve: no but no water cut-off observed in the area.
Swimming pool: yes, private salt-water pool in a semi-circular arc with a surface area of 42 m² (uniform depth of 1.60m) with child safety alarm surrounded by a 60 m² deck with sun loungers. Outdoor shower near the pool.
Garden/terrace: 600 m² enclosed garden with gate and no overlooking neighbours. Large terrace with complete outdoor lounge for dining or relaxing, barbecue.
Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is fully provided.
Associated services: a welcome basket including a bottle of water, coffee, tea, sugar, chocolate, fruit juice, brioche, jam, milk, seasonal fruits, rum or punch will be provided to you.
Possibility of renting beach towels for an additional charge of €10/towel/stay.
To know:
- Deposit to be paid upon receipt of the booking contract and balance no later than 35 days before the stay (ANCV cheques accepted) except in the case of booking via Airbnb.
- Consult us for cancellation conditions, possibility of taking out cancellation insurance
- A security deposit of 1900 euros (uncashed cheque) is required upon entry to the premises and returned at the end of the stay following inventory.
- A cleaning package of 120 euros (debited by cheque or cash) must be provided upon entry to the premises.
- Tourist tax (by cheque or cash) to be paid on site of €1 / night / adult except in the case of booking via Airbnb (tourist tax added to payment on the site).
- It will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening…) nor to invite, day or night, a significant number of people outside the contract.
