To know:
- This house cannot be suitable for people with reduced mobility because it is located on high ground with steps to climb, nor for children, as access between the terrace and the stairs is not secure.
-It will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening…) nor to invite, day or night, a significant number of people outside the contract. -
Well-equipped villa situated on a hillside in the municipality of Deshaies in Basse-Terre, just 400 metres from the magnificent Fort-Royal beach.
Ideal for 4 adults (children under 15 years old are not permitted on the premises due to certain slopes on the land and the swimming pool), it offers an unobstructed view of the Caribbean Sea, as well as the islands of Antigua and Montserrat.
With an area of approximately 135 m² (including 45 m² of terrace), the villa has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which has a sea view, each with its own bathroom. You will also enjoy a large outdoor tropical shower as well as a shower near the swimming pool.
The large bright living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, with everything needed to prepare delicious meals.
You will enjoy the private swimming pool (8 x 4 m, with a depth of 1.50 m to 2.20 m).
The 4,000-litre water tank allows for any potential general water cuts.
Parties are not permitted on the premises.
