This house is perfectly equipped and has been tastefully decorated. The large garden and beautiful sea view will provide the change of scenery necessary for the success of your stay.

Layout of the villa: the villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (double beds), 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, living room, equipped kitchen, covered terrace, indoor parking and garden.
Air conditioning: yes in each room.
Kitchen equipment: 4-burner cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: flat screen television (local DTT and basic Canalsat package), telephone (incoming and outgoing calls restricted to the department), high-speed internet via Wi-Fi.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, table and ironing board, baby bed (travel cot), hairdryer, charcoal barbecue.
Garden/terrace: enclosed garden of 600 sq m. Sea-facing terrace (accessible from 2 of the 3 bedrooms), terrace behind the house with a complete outdoor lounge for meals or relaxation.
