Very beautiful house located on the heights of the commune of Marin in the southern Caribbean zone of the island, offering a breathtaking sea view. This house has been decorated with great taste and has very modern equipment to ensure the total comfort of its occupants. Very peaceful, while being a few minutes by car from beaches and shops, this place is idyllic for a relaxing stay with family or friends in a postcard-like setting.

Layout of the villa: the villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds of 180 cm and 1 bedroom with 2 individual beds of 90 cm that can be brought together), a ventilated sleeping mezzanine (2 individual beds), 3 bathrooms (including 2 with toilets), an additional independent toilet, spacious living room, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, terrace, private swimming pool.
Closed indoor parking with a gate.
Air conditioning: yes in the 3 closed bedrooms.
Kitchen equipment: 4-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, American fridge-freezer with ice and fresh water dispenser, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete dinner set.
Multimedia equipment: television (Canalsat bouquet channels), hi-fi system and connected speaker, Internet via Wi-Fi.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, safe, baby cot and high chair (upon prior request), gas barbecue.
Garden/terrace: covered terrace with outdoor dining area. Large gazebo in front of the swimming pool with sofa and bar space. No overlooking neighbours, total privacy.
Swimming pool: yes, salt water pool of approximately 7mx3.5m with a removable barrier for the safety of younger children.
