Very pleasant villa, located in Sainte Anne 600 metres from the beach, perfectly combining modernity and tropical charm. You will enjoy the bar, the carbet, the solarium, the private pool, the covered terrace... in short, everything is gathered for a relaxing and friendly stay with family or friends.
Capacity: up to 9 people (6 adults and 3 children or teenagers)
Total area: approximately 90 m²
General layout: the villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (one with a double bed of 160 cm, the second with a double bed of 140 cm, the 3rd with 3 single beds of 90 cm), 3 bathrooms with shower, washbasin and toilet (adjoining the bedrooms), 4th independent toilet, living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, covered terrace, relaxation shelter and swimming pool.
Parking in front of the house.
Air conditioning: yes in the 3 bedrooms
Kitchen equipment: the kitchen has a 4-burner cooker, oven, microwave, extractor hood, American fridge with fresh water, ice cubes and crushed ice, dishwasher, filter and capsule coffee machine, toaster, blender, various kitchen utensils and a complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television in the living room (local digital terrestrial TV channels), hi-fi system, ADSL Internet via Wi-Fi
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, table and ironing board, hairdryer, baby equipment upon prior request (high chair, 2 baby beds with sheets, pushchair), charcoal barbecue.
Swimming pool: yes, a lovely swimming pool of approximately 5mx2.5m with a child safety alarm.
Garden/terrace: covered terrace with complete outdoor lounges for meals or relaxation. Relaxation gazebo and small American bar for preparing local cocktails.
Linen: household linen (including beach towels) is provided in full and renewed weekly.
Associated services: upon your arrival, a planter will be offered to you along with the elements of the first breakfast. Possibility with supplement of preparing a meal for your arrival or during your stay.

The owners, a charming and discreet couple, reside in an outbuilding on the ground floor of the house. They will be able, at your request, to guide you on visits and must-see attractions.
-It will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of external persons to the contract.
