Layout of the villa: the villa has 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds at 160 and 140 and 1 with 2 individual beds that can be brought together at 90), 2 bathrooms with toilets, living room, equipped kitchen, terrace, indoor parking, private swimming pool and garden.
Air conditioning: yes in each room and in the living room.
Kitchen equipment: cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, ice dispenser, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, multi-function food processor, extractor hood, toaster, griddle, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: television (Canalsat subscription), hi-fi system, CD player, DVD player, Internet via Wi-Fi.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, hairdryer, safe, iron and ironing board, high chair, baby travel cot, fans, barbecue.
Garden/terrace: covered terrace with table and chairs for 8 people, enclosed garden with electric gate of 500 m² with no overlooking neighbours. Complete garden furniture and barbecue.
Swimming pool: yes, a 9mx4m swimming pool with a child safety alarm.
Linen: household linen (except beach towels) is provided.
Associated services: possibility with a supplement to have the services of a housekeeper. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a dinner aperitif and something to have breakfast the next morning.
Please note: it will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of people external to the contract.
